Each surgeon can ask for an ESOP HA prosthesis assessment software programme ; this software programme (Futura 434) was designed by the GECO's FUTURA Group.

It is also available on paper, and includes :

- a patient identification sheet (file number, name and first name identifiable only by the surgeon, address, etc.)

- an arthroplasty sheet: etiology, pathology, technical surgery data, immediate radiological control analysis, surgical effects

- a clinical and radiological sheet

- possibly a revision sheet

The software is simple to use and includes items for a statistical follow-up by each surgeon.

A. Hermann Assessment Centre

The A. Hermann Assessment Centre (Director: Doctor G. Gacon) has statistical and data processing tools to perform any clinical and radiological follow-up and analysis.

A secretary will help you in your research.

The centre has:

- a high definition radiological scanner

- a specific radiological software programme (IMAGICA)

Thus the centre can compile all clinical, radiological and statistical data it receives on the ESOP
